How to get value from a Crawlbench plan

Crawlbench plans buy scheduled Marketplace checks, filter gates, alert delivery, and city coverage. Value shows up as fewer refresh tabs and faster first messages, not as auto-DMs.

Pick volume for the desk you run this month. Upgrade when the queue is clean and you are starving for cities or monitors.

Start on pricing

Open /pricing. Starter, Pro, and Scale differ mainly in monitors, city slots, monthly fetches, match history, and Market Snapshot. Scan cadence stays in the ~10-minute class on paid tiers.

Pricing tiers

Scale is for desks that need custom limits. Contact support when the compare table no longer fits.

Use the Day Pass once

Every account gets one free day of capped access without a card. The Day Pass is for proving the desk loop: one monitor, alerts, first matches. It is not a forever free tier.

After the day ends, start the 7-day trial from Settings → Billing or pricing when you are ready. Card required for trial. Cancel anytime.

Watch usage in Billing

Open Settings → Billing for current plan, monitors, city slots, fetches, and match history retention. On a trial or paid plan you also see Change plan with Starter, Pro, and Scale side by side.

Hit a ceiling? Tighten filters or cities before you buy more width. A noisy wide monitor wastes fetches and attention.

What you are actually paying for

  1. Scheduled checks on active monitors
  2. Match gate so junk stays out of the queue
  3. Alert channels (email, Telegram, Slack, Discord)
  4. City coverage within your slot budget
  5. Market Snapshot on plans that include it

Crawlbench does not message sellers for you. The paid loop ends at a clean match you can act on.

A one-week value test

  1. Activate one tight monitor on cities you can drive
  2. Connect Telegram or another channel you actually check
  3. Triage matches in under two minutes per batch
  4. Open Market Snapshot before chasing edge-case prices
  5. Only then add a second city or SKU

If the week produces no message-worthy rows, fix the buy box. Do not multiply monitors first.
