90 days, until they sign up. If someone clicks your link and creates an account within 90 days, they count as your customer, and you earn 30% of what they pay in their first 12 months.
Yes. Your code gives your friends 20% off their first 3 months. When someone uses a code, the code counts, even if they clicked a link first.
Deals and Markets plans bought on the web. Custom contracts, such as Scale and Enterprise data, earn 10% of the first year. Day Passes and trials count once the customer pays. Purchases inside the iPhone app do not count yet.
