Getting started
What is included in the free trial?
7 days on the tier you pick, with a card on file. You get full access for that tier before billing starts.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade as your monitor count and seat needs change. Manage billing from Settings.
Monitoring
Is Crawlbench only for Facebook Marketplace?
Yes. Crawlbench goes deep on one marketplace instead of scattering attention across channels you do not run.
How fast do matches show up?
In healthy conditions the gap between a listing going live and you seeing it in the desk is measured in minutes, not hours. Your cadence, geo breadth, and filters still matter.
How does matching work?
Each listing must pass the filters on your monitor: price, recency, category rules, and exclusions. Failed rows never enter your triage queue. Match reasons are recorded at ingest so you can see why a listing passed or failed.
Does Crawlbench replace Messenger or auto-message sellers?
No. You still close on Facebook. Crawlbench is the early warning and triage layer; you triage in the app and send from your Marketplace workflow when you are ready.
What if a monitor starts failing?
Monitor health surfaces consecutive failures so you can pause a noisy monitor, fix your settings, and restore flow before matches go quiet.
What categories are supported?
Vehicles, real estate, electronics, cameras, collectibles, industrial, and more. Every landing category slug is allowed on a search profile. Category-specific filters depend on the vertical (make/model for vehicles, keywords for electronics, and so on).

What is included in each plan?
Every tier runs the same detect → filter pipeline and triage desk. Plans differ by scale caps: monitors, city slots, match history, and seats. Starter is $39/mo, Pro is $199/mo, and Scale starts from $499 (contact sales). Full limits are on the pricing page.
How do workspaces and tiers fit together?
Most teams carve regions or lanes into separate workspaces. Caps are per workspace: Starter fits a few monitors and cities; Pro covers fuller desks; Scale is negotiated for larger fleets.
Does bulk triage work on every tier?
Yes. Every plan includes the triage desk (watchlist, skip, contacted) and bulk actions on selected rows. Differentiation is scale caps, not feature gates.
Will you add other marketplaces?
Not on a public timeline. Another source ships only as a deliberate rewrite, not a thin abstraction layered on top.
