Best reseller apps for sourcing in 2026, and what to pair them with

The best reseller apps split by job. Sourcing apps such as Crawlbench, Flipify, Swoopa and SuperFlip find listings to buy. Price research uses eBay sold listings, Terapeak and Keepa. Cross-listing tools such as Vendoo, List Perfectly and Crosslist post items to several sites. Bookkeeping apps such as Flipwise and My Reseller Genie track profit.

Search for reseller apps and most of what you find is cross-listing software: tools that help you sell what you already have. That is useful, but it skips the step that decides your margin, which is buying right. This guide sorts reseller apps by the job they do, with prices taken from each tool's own pricing page, and is clear about where Crawlbench fits: sourcing on Facebook Marketplace, and nothing else.

What is the reseller loop, and which app covers each step?

Every flip moves through the same stages: find, price, buy, list, sell, track. Botifex calls it "The Reseller Operating Loop: Find, Evaluate, Buy, List, Sell, Track" (Botifex, page dated 4 Aug 2026). No single app covers all of it well.

Stage What the app does Examples
Find Watches marketplaces or stores for items to buy Crawlbench, Flipify, Swoopa, SuperFlip, BrickSeek
Price Shows what similar items ask or sell for eBay sold listings, Terapeak, Keepa, Crawlbench price check
List and sell Posts one item to several marketplaces Vendoo, List Perfectly, Crosslist
Track Records cost, profit, fees and mileage Flipwise, My Reseller Genie

Flipify's own roundup groups tools the same way, into sourcing, pricing, cross-listing and bookkeeping (Flipify, page dated 19 Feb 2026). The sensible stack is one tool per stage, starting with the one where you lose the most time.

Which sourcing apps find items to resell?

Sourcing apps watch where sellers list and tell you when something matching your search appears. For local, underpriced goods, that means Facebook Marketplace alert tools; for retail arbitrage, store inventory trackers.

App Where it sources Entry price Free option Read
Crawlbench Facebook Marketplace, 52 countries $39 a month Day Pass: 24 hours, one search, no card
Flipify Several marketplaces Basic watchlist, $5 a month 7-day web trial 18 Oct 2026
Swoopa Facebook Marketplace and others Go, $47 a month See its signup 20 Oct 2026
SuperFlip Facebook Marketplace and others Pro, $29 a month Free Hobby tier 20 Oct 2026
BrickSeek Retail store inventory and clearance See its site Free deal browsing

Crawlbench: the sourcing step, with a price on every listing

Crawlbench watches Facebook Marketplace searches you set up and sends new listings by email, Telegram, Slack or Discord. Facebook Marketplace is its one live marketplace, with eight more listed as coming; it covers 52 countries and over 3,500 cities. What sets it apart for resellers is the price check: every listing carries a word (Great, Good, Fair or High price) from what similar listings ask nearby, and the assistant adds a verdict, questions for the seller, a first offer and a drafted opener that you send yourself.

It does not cross-list, track inventory or do your books. It is the find-and-price step only. See how it works for resellers.

Flipify, Swoopa and SuperFlip

All three watch Facebook Marketplace searches. Flipify prices per watchlist and covers several marketplaces. Swoopa's plans step up by number of searches and features. SuperFlip's free Hobby tier is the cheapest way to keep a few searches running permanently, per SuperFlip's pricing page. BrickSeek

BrickSeek tracks prices and inventory at big-box retailers and lists clearance deals. Flipify's roundup describes its users as "Retail arbitrage sellers and clearance hunters." It is a different sourcing channel from Marketplace, and the two pair well.

Which apps help with price research?

Price research tells you what an item will sell for, which sets your buy price. Use sold prices for resale value and asking prices for what you are competing with.

  • eBay sold listings: free. Search eBay, filter by Sold Items, and read what actually sold and for how much.
  • Terapeak: eBay's research tool inside Seller Hub, with longer sold-price history.
  • Keepa: Amazon price history charts and price drop alerts, for Amazon resellers.
  • Crawlbench price check and Markets: what similar listings ask on Facebook Marketplace near you. Markets (beta) adds the usual asking price and range for vehicle models, and a free plan with 3 saved markets.

Asking prices and sold prices answer different questions. A Marketplace ask tells you whether this listing is cheap compared with others; a sold price tells you what you can resell for. Use both.

Which cross-listing tools post to several marketplaces?

Cross-listing tools copy one listing to several marketplaces and delist it everywhere when it sells. This is where most reseller-app lists start, and the pricing is easy to compare.

Tool Entry plan Higher plans
Vendoo Starter $14.99 a month Growth $29.99, Pro $59.99
List Perfectly Simple $29 a month Business $49, Pro $69, Pro Plus $99+
Crosslist Bronze $29.99 a month (200 new listings) Silver $34.99, Gold $39.99, Diamond $44.99

Prices are monthly, as listed on each pricing page; quarterly and yearly billing is cheaper where offered. Vendoo advertises a free trial; Crosslist offers 20 free listings with a 3-day money-back guarantee. Pick on the marketplaces you sell on and the features you use (auto-delist, Poshmark sharing, bulk edits), not on the entry price alone.

Which bookkeeping apps track reseller profit?

Bookkeeping apps record what you paid, what you sold for, fees, shipping and mileage, so you know your real margin and have records at tax time.

  • Flipwise: inventory and profit tracking. Its pricing page lists a free tier for up to 24 listings for new members, and paid plans sized by listing count, such as $19.99 a month for 100 to 499 listings.
  • My Reseller Genie: bookkeeping built for resellers; its pricing page offers a full refund within 14 days of sign-up.
  • A spreadsheet: free, and enough for your first dozen flips. Record buy price, extra costs, sale price, fees and date for every item.

How do you choose a reseller app stack?

Start with the stage that costs you the most money or time, and add tools only when the next stage becomes the bottleneck.

  1. Missing deals? Start with sourcing: a Marketplace alert tool or BrickSeek.
  2. Overpaying? Add price research: eBay sold listings first, then a price check on every listing you consider.
  3. Spending hours listing? Add a cross-listing tool once you sell on two or more sites.
  4. Not sure you are profitable? Add bookkeeping, or start the spreadsheet today.

Crawlbench covers the first two for Facebook Marketplace and pairs with whatever cross-listing and bookkeeping tools you already use. It is not affiliated with Meta.

Reseller apps: the short version

The best reseller apps are the ones that match your bottleneck: sourcing alerts if you miss deals, price research if you overpay, cross-listing if you list by hand, bookkeeping if you cannot see your margin. Most offer a trial, so test one stage at a time.

To try the sourcing step free, start a Day Pass: free for 24 hours, no credit card, one search, with the price check and the assistant.

Questions

What apps do resellers use?
Most resellers use one app per stage. A sourcing or alert app finds items to buy, eBay sold listings or Terapeak shows what items sell for, a cross-listing tool such as Vendoo, List Perfectly or Crosslist posts to several marketplaces, and a bookkeeping app such as Flipwise or My Reseller Genie tracks costs, profit and taxes.
What is the best app for finding items to resell?
It depends where you source. For Facebook Marketplace, alert tools such as Crawlbench, Flipify, Swoopa and SuperFlip watch searches for you; Crawlbench adds a price check against similar listings. For retail clearance, BrickSeek tracks store inventory and prices. For Amazon, Keepa shows price history.
Are there free reselling apps?
Yes. eBay sold listings and Facebook's own saved searches are free, SuperFlip has a free Hobby tier, Flipwise has a free tier for a small number of listings for new members, and Crawlbench's Day Pass gives one search free for 24 hours with no credit card. Cross-listing tools mostly offer trials or money-back guarantees rather than free plans.
